2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.
Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Education Dekho may be found.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Education Dekho takes copyright seriously. We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
